Cause for Canines is a 501(c)(3) volunteer-based, foster-driven dog rescue serving homeless and at-risk dogs throughout Central Ohio.

We rescue homeless dogs, dogs surrendered due to difficult life circumstances, and those at risk in overcrowded shelters. Every dog in our care lives in a loving foster homes where they receive:

• Comprehensive veterinary care

• Spay/neuter

• Vaccinations

• Microchipping

• Love and Support

Our mission is simple:

To place every dog in a safe, loving, committed forever home.

Because we believe every dog deserves the right fit, our adoption process is thorough and thoughtful. We carefully review applications to ensure each dog is placed in the environment where they will thrive.
