How Funds are used

The majority of our funding goes directly toward:

• Veterinary care and emergency medical needs

• Food, supplies, and daily care

We strive to keep administrive costs minimal so the greatest impact is made for the dogs we serve.

Governance & Policies

Cause for Canines maintains internal policies to ensure responsible management and oversight of our organization.

Records Retention Policy

Cause for Canines maintains financial, operational and organizational records in accordance with applicable laws and best practices. Financial records are retained for a minimum of 7 years. Organizational documents, including board meeting minutes and governing documents, are retained permanently. Electronic records are securely stored and access is limited to authorized individuals.
